Board Information

Board Meetings:

Our residents are encouraged to attend District Board Meetings. Meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of each month. Meeting can also be held on the 4^th Thursday of each month, but only as needed. Meeting start at 6:00 PM. Meetings are held at our District Headquarters facility at 2850 Via Orange Way, Spring Valley CA 91978.

Board Member Responsibility:

The Board of Directors establishes policies that provide the framework for accomplishment of the District’s Mission. Board members work together as a team planning the District’s growth and development, and monitoring and evaluating the District’s financial situation. The Board acts as an observer, interpreter, and evaluator of how well the District is carrying out its established policies. Most importantly, the Board strives to afford strong leadership to the District in a continuing effort to provide the best services possible for the people it serves.
